poor climate controlloud plumbing
I found a couple of things frustrating . The climate control in my room barely worked, even though it was not very warm. Also , the noise from other rooms was excessive, particularly the sounds of plumbing.

Pedro at reception was VERY helpful. He always greeted me with a smile. The staff proved friendly. Their assistance was invaluable. The hotel exhibits modern design. I found it clean. The thoughtful touches and design elements added to my overall delight. It was MAGICAL!!!
The climate control was unfortunately lacking. It struggled to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature.
